Customer Service Assistant with Danish
• customer service in travel sector,
• solving problems and answering customer questions which appear before, during and after travel,
• handling incoming calls and email requests from customers,
• managing tourism traffic by using tour operator software,
• delivering the highest quality of customer service.
• excellent written and oral skills in Danish and very good command of English language,
